Payment must be made in full at the time of order using one of the payment methods available on the site. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

4. Title & Risk

  • Title (ownership) to products passes to you once full payment has been received.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

5. Products & Availability

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device’s display is accurate.

We may limit sales to certain customers, regions, or jurisdictions, and we may discontinue products at any time.

6. Returns & Refunds

General Policy

  • Sale items: All sale, clearance, or discounted items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Non-sale items: Returns are only accepted if the product arrives defective or damaged. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 60 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at support@casesandclues.com within 14 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage. If approved, we will provide instructions for return and either replace the item or issue a refund.

Unauthorized Returns

Any items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Promotional codes, bundles, and discounts are subject to terms stated at the time of the promotion.

If you request a refund for part of a discounted bundle or promotion, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the full price of the items you keep. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively or combined unless expressly stated.
